The Los Angeles Chargers were just embarrassed to their division rivals, the Las Vegas Raiders, while the Cincinnati Bengals gave out another ass-whooping to their big brother the Pittsburgh Steelers. It’s been a pretty even series in their last 10 meetings with each other as both teams are 5-5 SU, and are both averaging 23 points per game. Both squads sport some solid defenses, but where the Chargers have an advantage in is the passing game where their offense ranks 5th in pass yards on the road. The Bengals sport the 28th ranked pass defense at home. Then on the other side, the Bengals have a 12th ranked pass offense at home that will be facing a top-5 pass defense. The Bengals do have the Chargers in the rushing game, but passing is more important stat in this day-and-age.

The Bengals are 2-4 ATS in their last six games at home, while the Chargers are 5-2 SU in their last seven trips to Cincinnati. Road team is also 5-1 ATS in their last six meetings. It’s not often the Bengals beat up their big brothers like they just did, especially twice in a season, but when they do, those wins hit just a bit harder, physically and emotionally.
