Friday night A-10 action from the location that is most often associated with Arch Madness…the Saint Louis Billikens host the St. Bonaventure Bonnies on a six-game winning streak. Saint Louis has won six straight overall, while going 5-1 ATS in those efforts. They have also won six straight at home since they lost 74-70 to a highly rated Auburn side. Couple things to note…Billikens are a reasonably good 3-point shooting side ranking 54th overall, in the upper tier of rebounding ranking 33rd overall on the boards, and 25th in offensive boards out of 358 teams nationally. 

St. Bonaventure had a nice run of success earlier in the season and are not an awful side. The issue for the Bonnies is their play away from home. In A-10 action, they have managed only a 1-4 ATS record in conference road games, and they are only 6-13-1 ATS overall, which tells me they are not living up to expectations of line makers.

Final Say

The Billikens are playing well, have played well, covered at home, and are getting a reasonable 5-point line to cover against a 13-7 SU Bonnies side that has played poorly on the road, and in general have done poorly covering spreads. SAINT LOUIS 70 St. Bonaventure 58.
