The Cleveland Cavaliers come into Charlotte playing the final game of a five game road trip that has seen the Cavaliers go 2-2. After winning their first two games of the trip, Cleveland has dropped their last two contests against the Los Angeles Lakers and then the Phoenix Suns. It was a bad spot against the Suns, who were looking to bounce back off a loss.

We cashed out a nice BEST BET winner on Sunday with the Charlotte Hornets at +1, as they pulled away in the 4th from the Portland Trailblazers in 125-113 win. It was a big 2nd half from the Hornets that saw 27 points from LaMelo Ball, while the home team shot a collective 51% from the floor for the game... big number. It was a nice recovery for Charlotte after they were manhandled by the Miami Heat, in Miami, on Friday night.

Like this scenario in the NBA... get the road dog here finishing up a long road trip where they face a home team off a win in their previous game. In the NBA, it is wise to use momentum... if a team gets hot, either bet them or step aside, and likewise if a team is ice cold you either fade them or watch. Interesting mix of old dudes and young talent with Cavaliers... not expecting miracles from these guys, but they get to head home after this game, while the Hornets will be hopping on a plane to hit the west-coast. This is a spot where Charlotte might not have their full focus.
