BettorCenter (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates bettorcenter.com, an AI-powered sports analytics and subscription platform. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and mobile phone number when you create an account, subscribe, or opt in to SMS alerts. We also collect standard usage data (pages viewed, device/browser info) to operate and improve the platform.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to deliver AI sports analytics and content, manage your account and subscription, send transactional and marketing messages you have opted into (including SMS), respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
SMS / Text Messaging
If you opt in to SMS, we send recurring messages about your account, AI sports predictions, subscription updates, promotional offers, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase. You must be 21 or older to opt in.
No Sharing of Your Information (SMS Consent & Data)
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All SMS opt-in data and consent records remain confidential and are used solely for providing BettorCenter services. We may share limited data only with service providers who help us operate the platform (for example, our SMS/messaging and payment processors) solely to provide the service, and only when required by law.
Your Choices
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message. You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

Phone-only free trial requests
Free-trial signup asks for your mobile number, not your email address. We store your number, the offer requested, the consent text and version, the request time, and limited signup attribution. The current offer is 3 days of RED Hots plus 1 day of Executive. Consent on this form covers texts about your trial; it does not enroll you in ongoing promotional texts beyond the trial. Existing customer and account records may still contain email addresses.
During your 1-day Executive Club trial, your offer includes Executive Club picks and every real-time, late-breaking update released to the Club during that day.
Website membership assistance
The membership guide explains service options and links to separate trial, callback, and payment forms. Callback requests store the number, optional name, membership interest, consent statement and submission time you provide for staff review. A callback request does not authorize automated calls or recurring marketing texts.
When AI chat is enabled, chat messages and a short conversation history are sent to OpenAI to generate replies. The assistant does not save chat transcripts in WordPress and requests that generated responses not be stored for API retrieval; provider processing and retention follow the provider’s applicable terms and settings. Avoid entering contact, payment, or account credentials in chat. Use the dedicated forms instead.
Paid checkout is hosted by Stripe. The site records verified subscription status, membership tier, paid period, contact details, and transaction references for orders, activation, renewal and cancellation handling. Card details are entered on Stripe rather than in assistant chat. Staff access to callback and membership records is restricted.
For phone-only free-trial requests, adult confirmation and a requested staff callback are separate from optional SMS consent. The SMS checkbox is unchecked by default. A request without SMS consent is handled by staff call only and does not authorize texts. We retain the recorded permission and honor opt-outs and suppression records.
