The Los Angeles Chargers have lost two straight heading into this game against the Eagles... last week, a sloppy home performance coming off their bye lead to a 27-24 loss to the Patriots, and full thwarted the momentum of this team.

The Philadelphia Eagles played their most complete, dominant, and well executed game of the season as they went to Detroit and beat them mercilessly throughout the full duration, and it resulted in a 44-6 win. The Eagles ran for 236 yards in that effort and the offense was clicking.

Do I think the Eagles are capable of producing back-to-back efforts of that type? Simply put, no. Neither team stops the run well, but the Eagles offense struggles to throw the ball and that means they struggle to stay on the field. 

Final Say

Herbert is competent, and for me he is the key to this game.  Chargers set the stage pounding the run game, and that will open up the bigger plays down the field... expect the Chargers to take those shots. The Eagles big win last week I feel bought us a couple big points on this line... LA Chargers 27 Philadelphia 21.
